දෙවන දිගහැරුම

මෙම ලිපිය තුලින් ගෙන හැර පෑමට උත්සාහ කරන්නේ, තමන් රණරාළ යැයි කියගන්නා ගමරාළ ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබූ තවත් එක් කරුණක් පිලිබදවය. මෙහිදී සදහන් කල යුතු තවත් දෙයක් නම්, ඔහු පළ කර ඇති සියලුම ලිපි වලට පිළිතුරු අවශ්‍යය ප්‍රමණයටත් වඩා පවතී. නමුත් රණරාළ මහතාට ලිපි ලිය ලියා ඉන්නාවට වඩා වෙලාවක් නැති උනත්, මා හට කාලය රන් හා වටී. නමුත් රටේ තරුණ පරපුර ඇත්ත දැනගත් යුතු හෙයින් එම කර්තවෘය මා නොපිරිහෙලා ඉටු කිරීමට බලාපොරුත්තු වෙමි.

තමන් රණරාළ යැයි කියගන්නා ගමරාළ මහතා සිතා සිටින්නේ CCJP හට Royal Charter එක ඇත කියායි. ඇත්තටම CCJP හට ඇත්තේ Charter එක පමණි. මෙයින් පෙනී යන්නේ පිටු ගනන් දිගට මඩ ගසන්න හකි වුනත්, කරන ලද සහ පල කර ඇති ප්‍රකශ වල කිසිදු සත්‍යතාවයක් නොමැති බවයි.මෙසේ ඉවක් බවක් තොරව කරුණු හරි හැටි නොදැන මඩ ගසන්නේ හරියට සිංහල කියමනේ එන "මැරෙන්න යන මිනිහා පිදුරු ගහෙත් එල්ලෙනවා"

දැන් බලමු රණරාළ මහතාට පැටලී ඇති Charter සහ Royal Charter කියන්නේ මොකද්ද කියලා? මොකද එතුමා හරියට research එකක් වත් කරන්න දන්නේ නැති බවක් පෙනී ගිය නිසයි මා එසේ ප්‍රකශ කලේ.

පළමුව කියන්නම් Charter කියන්නේ document එකක් විතරයි. වැඩිදුර විස්තර අවශ්‍ය නම් http://ccjpint.org/index.jsp වෙත පිවිසෙන්න. දෙවනුව Royal Charter කියලා සහ Charter කියල වර්ග දෙකක් තියනවා. මෙහිදී පෙනී යනව එතුමා හරියට දන්නේ නෑ CCJP හට තියෙන්නේ Charter එක මිසක් Royal Charter එක නෙවෙයි කියල. CCJP ට Charter එක ලැබුනේ 2008 අවුරුද්දේදී. ඒ වගේමයි, CCJP එක තමයි එකම තැන ලොව පුරා සිටින Java Professionals ලාට Charter එක ලබා දෙන.

සොයා ගත් කරුණු පරිදි, රණරාළ යැයි කියාගන්නා ගමරාළ ඇතුලු පිරිස බලාපොරුත්තුව සිටියේ මෙවරත් ගිය වර මෙන්ම Degree එක ලබා දෙන්නේ Open International මගින් කියලයි. නමුත් IJTS මෙවර Degree එක ලබා දෙන්නේ Maharishi Institute, CCJP, Personal Branding University ඇතුලුවය. නමුත් මේ අතර තුලදී ඔවුන් නොසිතූ පරිදි IJTS හ අනුබද්දව පවතින Maharishi Institute එක ලෝකයෙන්ම තවත් Institutes 500 අභිබවා පළමු තැනට තේරී Best Seedling සම්මානයෙන් පිදුම් ලබද්දී රණරාළ යැයි කියාගන්නා ගමරාළ ඇතුලු පිරිසට වලිගය පෑගුන බවක් පෙනී ගිය ආකාරයක් දකින ලදී. මා දුටු පරිදි ඔවුන් එම තරහව ප්‍රකශ කලේ IJTS ආයතනය සතු වෙබ් අඩවි වලට අනවසරයෙන් ඇතුල්වී එහි දත්ත සොරකම් කීමට ගොස් හසුවුනු අවස්ථාවේදීය.

බොරු රණරාළ මහතාට යමක් කියා සිටීමට කැමැත්තෙමි. යමක් ප්‍රකශ කිරීමට පෙර (ඉශාන්ත මහතාට සහ IJTS එකට ) ඒ ගැන හොදින් research එකක් කර, ඔප්පු කර හැකි කරුණු පමනක් ඇතුලත් කරන ලෙසයි. එමන්ම මා ඉහතදී සදහන් කලාක් මෙන් එම කතුවරයා පල කලා තිබෙන සියලු කරුණු වලට, සත්‍යය තොරතුරු ඔහුට සහ ඔහුගේ සගයන්හට මින් ඉදිරියේදීම බලා ගත හැකි වනු බවත් මතක් කර සිටිමි.

මෙම ලිපි මාලාව බලන බුද්ධිමත් පාඨකයන්ගේ දැන ගැනීම වස්,

සියලුම කරුණු සලකා බැලීමෙන්, රණරාළ blogspot එක පවත්වා ගෙන යන පුද්ගලයා ආචාර්ය ඉශාන්ත සිරිබද්දන මහතා සමග පැහැදිලි ඊෂ්‍යාවකින් පෙලෙන බව පෙනේ. නමුත් මෙහිදී ප්‍රකශ කිරීමට ඇත්තේ, ඔවුන් මෙසේ ගසන මඩ ප්‍රහාර, නින්දිත වැඩ, නීති විරෝධී වැඩ ජව තාක්ෂණය ඉගෙන ගැනීමට කැමති සහ ඉගෙන ගැනීමට උනන්දුවක් දක්වන සිසුපිරිසටද තර්ජනයක් ඇති කරනු බැවිනි.

උපකල්පන ( මඩ ගැසීමට හේතු )

1) තමා රණරාළ යැයි කියාගන්නා කතුවරයා අප රටේ කොදු නාරටිය බදු තරුණ පරපුර ( විශේෂයෙන්ම මධ්‍යම පන්තික සිසු කැළ ) ජව තාක්ශණය ඉගෙන ගන්නවාට අක්මැති විය යුතුය.

2) ආචාර්ය ඉශාන්ත සිරිබද්දන මහතා, ගමේ තරුණ පරපුරට ජව තාක්ෂණය ලබාදී, ඔවුන් වර්තමානයේ රටේ සංවර්ධනයට දායක වන හැටි දෑසින් බලා සිටිය නොහැකිව සිටිනවාද විය හැක.

නමුත් මෙහිදී අප ප්‍රකශ කර සිටින්නේ IJTS යනු හුදෙක්ම ධන කුවේර පන්ති වලින් පැමිනෙන සිසුන්ට Java තක්ෂණය ලබා දෙන තැනක් නොවන බවයි. මන්ද ඔවුන්ට මුදල් උවමනාවටත් වඩා පවතී. නමුත් ආචාර්ය ඉශාන්ත සිරිබද්දන මහතා, IJTS ආයතනය මධ්‍යම පන්තියේ සියලුම සිසුන් සදහා පැය 24 පුරාම විවෘත කර ඔවුන්ට කැමති පරිදි අධ්‍යාපනය ලබා දීමට කටයුතු කර ඇත්තේ එතුමාට මෙම රට ගැන කැක්කුමක් ඇති නිසා නොවේද?

විශ්වයේ අනන්ත අප්‍රමාණ සංස්කෘතීන් අතරින් අප පෘථිවියේ සංස්කෘතිය ආරම්භ වනුයේ මීට වසර බිලියන ගණනකට ඉහතදීය. නූතන සංස්කෘතියට වඩා නොදියුණු සංස්කෘතීන් මෙන්ම ඉන් ඔබ්බට ගිය අති උත්තරීතර සුපිරි සංස්කෘතීන්ද පෘථිවිය මත කලින් කල බිහි විය. මෙවැනි සංස්කෘතීන් බිහිවීමට බලපා ඇත්තේ පරසක්වල සුපිරි සභ්‍යත්ව වාර්ගිකයින්ගේ ආගමනයන් සහ ඔවුන්ගේ ශිෂ්ටාචාරය පෘථිවිය මත බිහි කිරීමත් ය. සංස්කෘතීන් වල පරිහානියට තාරකා යුදමය තත්ත්වයන් සහ ස්වාභාවික විපත් හේතු වී ඇත.

Super cultures has begun with alien visits. They has created their own colonies on the earth. But many cultures has been destroyed by star wars and natural incidents.)

පරසක්වල සුපිරි සභ්‍යත්ව වාර්ගිකයින්ගේ ආගමනයන්

ලෝකයේ විවිධ දේශයන් හා ප්‍රදේශයන් වල සංස්කෘතීන් වෙනස්ය. මෙයට හේතු වී ඇත්තේ විවිධ තාරකා මණ්ඩල වලින් පැමිණි සභ්‍යත්ව වාර්ගිකයන් මෙලොව තම ශිෂ්ටාචාරයන් බිහි කිරීමය. එබැවින් ඔවුන්ගේ ශරීර ස්වභාවය, හැකියාවන්, ආකල්ප, ආගම්, හැසිරීම් රටා වැනි දෑ එකිනෙක වෙනස් ය. (යුරෝපීයයන්, ජපන් ජාතිකයන්, දකුණු ආසියානුවන්). මේ සඳහා දේශගුණික වෙනස්වීම්ද සුළු වශයෙන් බලපා ඇත.
(Culture is different country to country because aliens from many stars has created their generation in many places on the earth. Therefore, their body language, abilities, thinking, religions, behaviors are different each other. Climate has also affected a bit for those changes. )

Sri Lanka has a great opportunity to develop in the Information Communications Technology (ICT) industry. The Government and the Board of Investment (BoI) is taking many initiatives to promote and develop the skills of the youth of the country, Metanaia Pertners CEO Nigel Dye said at the launch of the Java World Congress and Exhibition 2010 yesterday.

The Java World Congress and Exhibition 2010 is schedule to be held on November 19 to 21 at SLECC and BMICH.

The population in Asia accounts to over two billion which is 48 percent of the world’s population. Sri Lanka therefore has the advantage of locating in the Asian region and having the benefit of advanced technology, he said.

Europe and America are prospective markets for Sri Lanka as these countries evolve very regularly. If Sri Lanka could provide a better service and show the world to service knowledge based economy, the country will again be highlighted on the world map, Dye said.

Dye said the country should focus more on large project management skills. “Evolution is all about innovation. The key element of innovation is cultural and social diversification. Sri Lanka should make use of the cultural diversity in their production system,” he said.

Java World Congress and Exhibition Secretary General Dr Ishantha Siribaddana said Sri Lanka can make use of the Java technology to develop a knowledge based economy. Java is one of the fastest and it is recommended as one of the best technologies in the world.

It is important to improve the professional education and skill development of our youth. Although the young entrepreneurs have academic education most of them lack the professional and skill developments.

Dr Siribaddana said by enhancing the youth capacity and empowering them with Java technology will create avenues to attract more foreign remittances without depending on the foreign remittances from the Middle East expatriates.

The country should ease regulation on Internet payments. Many young entrepreneurs seek ICT job opportunities overseas as regulations are stiff. The brain-drain should be stopped and we should make use of it for our economy to prosper, he said.

Java World Congress and Exhibition 2010 Chairman Dilanthe Withanage said chronic poverty is the worst crime of the humanity.

“To overcome this situation, we need an innovative and creative structural change in all our systems. Although we are in an ICT era we still use old mechanisms to solve our problems,” he said.

During the industrial revolution the main difficulty was to gather capital in our productions, but today it has changed into ICT.

Building and strengthening the social capital is vital in developing the country’s economy. Therefore, we should promote using open source Java technology to empower the youth with many opportunities, he said.

මේ වන විට youth voice of Sri Lanka blog අඩවිය blog post ශතකයක් වාර්තා කර ඇත. ඉතා කෙටි කාලයක් තුළ වටිනා blog post 100 ක් මෙම අඩවියට එක් වීම ගැන මෙම අඩවියේ කර්තෘවරයෙක් වශයෙන් මම අහිංසක සතුටක් ලබමි. එහෙත් මෙම blog අඩවියේ ඇති ඇතැම් කමෙන්ටු දෙස බැලුවහොත් ඔබට වැටහේවි. මෙම blog අඩවියට ආදරය කරන කොතරම් පිරිසක් සිටිත් ද කියා. සුවිශේෂි කරුණ වන්නේ ඔවුන් තමන්ගේ සැබෑ නමින්ම මෙම කමෙන්ටු ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමයි. ඔවුන්ගේ දෙමාපියන් විසින් ඔවුනට තබන ලද නම් වන නරිරාල,moneyදුවා,පැණියා යනාදී වූ නම්වලින් තම නිර්ව්‍යාජ අදහස් ඉදිරිපත් කරයි.

මේ දවස් ටිකේ JAVA Force එකේ හැම සාමාජිකයෙකුගේම සිතේ රැව් පිළිරැව් දෙන්නේ world congress එක ගැනයි. ඒ වගේම හැමෝටම e-කුටියක් භාරවෙලා තියෙන හින්දා හැම කෙනාගේම හිත්වල තියෙන්නේ e-සංකල්පයි. දවසක් දිලන්ත සර් අපිට කියපු කතාවක් අනුව මට e-රස්තියාදුකාරයා කියන සංකල්පය ඔලුවට ආවා.

"රස්තියාදුකාරයා" මේ වචන ඇසූ සැණින් බොහෝ දෙනෙකුගේ සිතට මැවී පෙනෙන්නේ,පාරක් අයිනේ බෝක්කුවක් උඩට වී බීඩිය අතේ තියාගෙන තේරුමක් නැති දේවල් කතා කර කර නිකරුණේ කල් ගෙවන පුද්ගලයෙකුගේ රූපයක් ය. නමුත් වර්තමානයේ රස්තියාදුකාරයා ඊට වඩා තරමක් දියුණු වී ඇත. ඔවුන්ගේ අතේ ඇත්තේ බීඩිය වෙනුවට මූසිකයයි. බෝක්කුව උඩ වාඩි වනවා වෙනුවට සැප පහසු පුටුවක් උඩ වාඩි වී සිටී. ඔහු සිටින්නේ එසේ මෙසේ තැනක නොව අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්ධතාවය ඇති පරිගණකයක් ඉදිරිපිටයි. ඔහු රස්තියාදු ගහන්නේ මහා මාර්ග,කඩපිල් අසල නොව blogs,chat rooms,forums අසලය. e-රස්තියාදුකාරයා කරන්නෙත් පැරණි රස්තියාදුකාරයා කරන වැඩේම යි.

ඒත් වත්මන් සමාජයේ තවමත් e-රස්තියාදුකාරයන් ගැන අඳුනන්නේ නැති නිසා වර්තමානයේ e-රස්තියාදුකාරයන්ගේ සංඛ්‍යාව ඉහළ යනවා. e-රස්තියාදුකාරයෝ කරන්නේ සයිබර් අවකාශයේ ඔහේ එහෙ මෙහෙ සැරි සරමින් අනුන්ට මඩ ගසමින් තමන්ගේ වටිනා කාලය අපතේ යවා ගනී.

ඇතැම් අය රස්තියාදුකාරයන් හට ඉලන්දාරීන් යැයි ද අමතති. එය සැබෑ ඉලන්දාරීන් හට කරන මහත් නින්දාවකි. ඔබ ඇතැම් විට ඉලන්දාරීන් යන වචනය ගොඩ නැගුණු ආකාරය නොදන්නවා ඇත. අරියසෙන් අහබුදු ශූරීන් ගේ අදහසට අනුව ඉලන්දාරියා යන වචනය සෑදී ඇත්තේ "හෙළයට දහිරියක් වන්නා" යන්න කෙටි වීමෙනි. ඔහුගේ අර්ථ දැක්වීමට අනුව රස්තියාදුකාරයා හට ඉලන්දාරියා යැයි ආමන්ත්‍රණය කිරීම මහත් අපරාධයකි. වචනයේ පරිසමාප්ත අර්ථයෙන්ම ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට ධෛර්යයක් වන පුද්ගලයන් කවුරුදැයි ඔබ අවබෝධ කර ගත යුතුය. මේ blog සටහන කියවන e-රස්තියාදුකාරයෙක් සිටී නම් ඔහුත් e-ඉලන්දාරියෙකු වන්නට අදිටන් කර ගන්නේ නම් එය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අභිවෘද්ධියට වඩා යහපත් වනු ඇත.

How GPS works

GPS satellites circle the earth twice a day in a very precise orbit and transmit signal information to earth. GPS receivers take this information and use triangulation to calculate the user's exact location. Essentially, the GPS receiver compares the time a signal was transmitted by a satellite with the time it was received. The time difference tells the GPS receiver how far away the satellite is. Now, with distance measurements from a few more satellites, the receiver can determine the user's position and display it on the unit's electronic map.

A GPS receiver must be locked on to the signal of at least three satellites to calculate a 2D position (latitude and longitude) and track movement. With four or more satellites in view, the receiver can determine the user's 3D position (latitude, longitude and altitude). Once the user's position has been determined, the GPS unit can calculate other information, such as speed, bearing, track, trip distance, distance to destination, sunrise and sunset time and more.

The GPS satellite system

The 24 satellites that make up the GPS space segment are orbiting the earth about 12,000 miles above us. They are constantly moving, making two complete orbits in less than 24 hours. These satellites are travelling at speeds of roughly 7,000 miles an hour.

GPS satellites are powered by solar energy. They have backup batteries onboard to keep them running in the event of a solar eclipse, when there's no solar power. Small rocket boosters on each satellite keep them flying in the correct path.

The Global Positioning System (GPS) is a satellite-based navigation system made up of a network of 24 satellites placed into orbit by the U.S. Department of Defense. GPS was originally intended for military applications, but in the 1980s, the government made the system available for civilian use. GPS works in any weather conditions, anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day. There are no subscription fees or setup charges to use GPS.
